Founder & Director
Built by someone who knows the law and the deal.
David Muzan is a qualified lawyer with a First-Class Law degree and a Master's in International Business Law. He left legal practice not because he couldn't succeed in it — but because property rewards exactly the same skills: reading risk, structuring agreements, and knowing when a deal actually works in your favour.
In under two years, he grew his own Airbnb portfolio from a single unit to fourteen. That wasn't organic. It was a deliberate system — deal identification, operational structure, and capital recycling — and it's the same methodology he now deploys for investors and landlords at Insight Pro Properties.
His legal background means contracts are airtight, compliance is never an afterthought, and every client relationship starts with full transparency.
