Founder & Director
Built by someone who knows the law and the deal.
David Muzan is a qualified lawyer with a Law degree and a Master's in International Business Law from a UK university. He left legal practice not because he couldn't succeed in it — but because property rewards exactly the same skills: reading risk, structuring agreements, and knowing when a deal actually works in your favour.
In under two years, he grew his own Airbnb portfolio from a single unit to fourteen. That wasn't organic. It was a deliberate system — deal identification, operational structure, and capital recycling — and it's the same methodology he now deploys for investors and landlords at Insight Pro Properties.
His legal background means contracts are airtight, compliance is never an afterthought, and every client relationship starts with full transparency.

Marvin B. Sigalo is a results-oriented Electrical Engineer with over 19 years of combined industrial and research experience in power system design, construction, and sustainable energy development. His expertise spans building services engineering, transmission and distribution network planning, smart grids, smart metering, demand-side management, microgrids, and the integration of renewable energy systems into modern infrastructure.
He currently focuses on designing sustainable and resilient power solutions that support building decarbonisation — including renewable energy integration, distributed energy resources, microgrid development, power and lighting systems for transportation infrastructure, and electric vehicle charging systems. Marvin holds a PhD in Renewable Energy from the University of Exeter and is a Registered Engineer with COREN, a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), UK, and a reviewer for Elsevier's Electric Power Systems Research journal.
Beyond engineering, Marvin brings extensive entrepreneurial and real estate expertise across property management, deal structuring, and property flips. He identifies opportunities at the intersection of sustainable energy and real estate — delivering energy-efficient, renewable-powered building solutions that enhance asset value and long-term sustainability. By combining technical innovation with commercial acumen, he bridges engineering and property investment to create scalable, low-carbon real estate outcomes.
